A few things to know before you leave.
Checkout time
11:00
Please vacate your room by 11:00 on your departure day. If you need a later checkout, let us know the evening before.
Key return
Please return both keys (main entrance and room) to the reception desk, or leave them on the bedside table if departing early. We will check the room after your departure.
Room & waste
Please leave the room in reasonable condition. Ensure separated waste bins are used. Close all windows and turn off the air conditioning before leaving.
Luggage storage
If your departure is later than checkout time, we are happy to store your luggage in our secure area. Ask at reception and we will tag your bags.
Getting to the station or airport
Santa Maria Novella station is a five-minute walk. For the airport, the T2 tramway departs nearby. If you prefer a taxi, we can arrange one for you — just ask.
